Hello, We are Luke and Lourdes, and we own Warwick Handyman.
We've been in Construction for over 25 years. Luke and Lourdes are electricians and Luke has done everything from design to consulting and building from the ground up.
We started Warwick Handyman as we saw a gap in quality options of skilled workers who could come and take care of the minor stuff around your house.
Luke has always been the “fix it” guy. The one looked to whenever a random problem no one else could fix arose. This makes him the perfect handyman as so many small home repair jobs need a fair amount of problem-solving.

Use our quote form below to share the photos and details of your repair needs. We can review online, without the need of taking more of your time with a walkthrough.
ESTIMATE
We review the info you shared, ask any follow-up questions, and send an estimate. Once approved, we get you on the schedule. Demand is high, so we are usually 1-2 weeks out from inquiry to the job.
REPAIR
We arrive onsite, confirm the work you’ve requested and get to work taking care of your home. We offer a one-year warranty on our labor, so rest assured the work will be done with competence.
